Refunds & Cancellations

1. Nature of Service

Fotoji provides digital services. Once activated or used, services may not be refundable.

2. CPA Compliance

In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), users may request refunds within 7 days if the service has not been used.

3. Eligible Refunds

• Technical failure
• Duplicate payments
• Non-use within 7 days

4. Non-Refundable

• Event created and used
• Photos uploaded
• Service already commenced

5. Processing

Refunds processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Cancellations

Users may cancel anytime but refunds are not guaranteed.
